Where Architecture, AI, and Creative Leadership Meet

On Monday, June 23, 2025, A&M Architects hosted its Annual Conference at the idyllic Margi Farm bringing together voices from the fields of architecture, cinema, AI, mental health, and circular design for a full day of insight, exchange, and inspiration.

Over the years, the A&M Annual Event has become a cornerstone of A&M’s internal culture and external communication, offering a space where design thinking, innovation, and thought leadership converge. With a growing reputation in the Greek architecture and design community, the event reflects the firm’s commitment to creative dialogue, interdisciplinary learning, and a human-centered approach to design.

This year’s speaker lineup included:

  • Michael Paleodimos, Academy Award-winning Cinematographer
  • Eirini Latsiou, Mental Health Therapist & Co-Founder of Human&co
  • Jenny Christodoulou, Partner at Blue Cycle, expert in circular economy
  • Stefanos Karagos, Founder of Xplain, AI strategist and digital innovator
  • Eleni Tsirintani, Landscape Architect

In a departure from traditional conference venues, Margi Farm offered a unique outdoor experience surrounded by nature, an intentional setting to promote creative focus, team bonding, and wellbeing. From the morning keynotes under olive trees to the team awards and evening celebration, the event balanced structured discussion with informal connection.

A&M’s Annual Event also serves as a platform to recognize internal excellence through the A&M Awards, which celebrate innovation, collaboration, and standout contributions across departments.
