A&M Architects is in search of a Business Development Account Manager, ambitious, dependable, with a team spirit and eager to contribute.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction & long-term partnerships. Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate client records, keep track of any contract updates and renewals. Handle requests from new potential and existing clients and address their needs. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the company.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with the marketing or design team to create compelling proposals, and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to expand our client base.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, designers, and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Architecture/Engineering/Finance
  • Proven experience in business development or account management within the architecture, design or construction industry.
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
