A Vision of Urban Coexistence
Featured in LiFO Magazine’s ADM Free Press (The Urban Issue), our collaborative project Sunset Groves with Petras Architecture is showcased as a case study in coexistence, density, and design within Little Athens at The Ellinikon.
Located at the northwestern edge of The Ellinikon, adjacent to the Metropolitan Park and the new coastal promenade, Sunset Groves is a carefully calibrated mixed-use residential development. It demonstrates how thoughtfully-designed urban density can engage harmoniously with landscape, public life, and environmental quality
The development includes 99 residences, retail units, a dedicated gastronomy pavilion, and shared green spaces. Its architecture features prismatic geometries, pedestrian paths, integrated terraces, and sculptural courtyards designed to foster day-to-day urban community and connection to nature
As part of the ADM editorial theme—“The Urban Issue”—Sunset Groves is presented as a microcosm of sustainable urban transformation: where architecture, landscape, and public infrastructure converge to redefine coexistence in Athens
We welcome you to explore the full feature and learn how this project reflects A&M’s ethos in urban design, mixed-use development, and architectural dialogue with place.
