Perched on the serene Ammopi Beach in Karpathos, Onar Beach Houses reinterpret island living through a contemporary lens.

Comprising two independent holiday residences, each home balances privacy, comfort, and locality, with fully equipped kitchens, adaptable lounges, and bedrooms designed for slow-living island life. The architecture fuses modern refinement with traditional craftsmanship, using local stone, textured timber, and neutral tones, while handpicked details evoke Aegean heritage. Expansive verandas frame the sea, merging interior and landscape, and the houses’ subtle presence just 20 meters from the shore complements nearby beaches, tavernas, and gardens, offering a retreat that celebrates authentic island living.
