Set on a steep 12,351-square-meter plot that spans both within and beyond the borders of the historic village of Exo Gonia, the design features 25 individual structures, including subterranean suites and multi-level buildings. Carefully arranged to echo the terraced topography, the layout prioritizes privacy, unobstructed views, and abundant outdoor spaces, while maintaining harmony with the vernacular scale and aesthetic. This luxury development aspires to offer an unparalleled experience of modern elegance, steeped in the timeless beauty of Santorini.
