With a blueprint tailored to house two spacious ground-floor apartments and an exquisite penthouse boasting a private roof terrace, this architectural venture is currently in the final stages of securing its building permit.
At the heart of the design lies a unifying vision, meticulously crafted to harmonize the building’s diverse functionalities into a seamless entity. An encompassing, cohesive volume gracefully envelops the structure, while an elegantly curved staircase serves as the artistic centerpiece, effortlessly merging the different elements of the complex. Radiating an ethereal glow, the staircase acts as a conduit for natural light, infusing the core of the development with a captivating luminosity, seamlessly integrating the elements of design and functionality.
