Showcasing a contemporary workplace designed for collaboration, flexibility and connection
Our design for the new Stephenson Harwood offices in Athens has been featured by Office Snapshots, the international platform dedicated to workplace and office design.
Located in Palaio Faliro, Athens, the new workplace occupies 1,500 sqm across three floors of a renovated office building. The project brings together the formal requirements of an international law firm with a more open, contemporary approach to the workplace, creating an environment designed around work, collaboration and interaction.
The design was developed through a phased Design & Build process, allowing Stephenson Harwood to relocate and begin operating while the remaining stages of the project were completed. The approach ensured continuity from concept and technical development through procurement, construction and final delivery.
At the centre of the workplace is a double-height social hub that brings together the main reception, client-facing areas and event facilities. Extending onto a landscaped terrace, the space creates a natural connection between the interior and exterior while providing a setting for corporate gatherings and informal interaction.
Across the offices, individual workspaces, meeting rooms and collaborative areas are organised around a restrained material palette, integrated lighting and bespoke joinery. Flexible planning allows the workplace to adapt to changing needs while maintaining a consistent architectural identity.
The result is a contemporary office interior that balances clarity and functionality with a more human-centred workplace experience — reflecting the evolving role of the office for international professional practices.
